We have two different sets of cards. Both are for facilitators and facilitative leaders: the Facilitative Thinking cards - these are basic assumptions and helpful principles - and the Pilot Cards - these are helpful practices.

The Facilitative Thinking cards are helpful basic assumptions for a wide variety of application contexts (almost universally applicable for everything that should be “easy” in the future). The Facilitative Thinking cards for schools are new (see below).

The pilot cards present the most important practices for facilitators from over twenty years of pilot work. It is available including a middle blanket designed as a medicine wheel for circle work.

There are instructions for use for both sets of cards. In addition to the physical version in printed form, we offer a digital version for download (e.g. for online meetings and webinars).

NEW: Artifacts Digital

We have compiled digital artifacts for use on digital whiteboards (e.g. MIRO, MURAL). This allows you to set up practical and at the same time appealing workshop settings and seminar room-like environments, e.g. for Open Space, The Circle Way or a World Café.
